Q. What are the overnight stops?

Answer:  The compulsory overnight stops are indicated by the grey dots shown on the maps. You can also stay anywhere else you want on the route.

Q. What luggage should I take?

Answer:  Bring a suitcase or a backpack, whichever suits best .It’s a really good idea to bring a small day pack so you can put the stuff you are going to need during the day in it (towels, swimsuits, book, iPod, camera, raincoat, sunblock and money) the rest goes under the bus which is a little more difficult to access. Remember New Zealand’s weather varies, so make sure you pack warm clothes for the mountains and summer clothes for the beaches.
