How do I book my Flexi Beds accommodation with the vouchers provided?Answer: We book your first nights accommodation and then you must book the rest of your accommodation through the YHA receptions as you travel. We advise you to book your next nights accommodation in advance as the Magic Accommodation Guarantee does not apply to Flexi Beds packages.

Q. What is the maximum I can stay in each YHA hostel with my Flexi Beds Vouchers?Answer: You can stay as long as you want, however, during the Rugby World Cup period 1 September to 31 October 2011, there is a maximum stay of 2 nights in each YHA location. Other than this time, you can use your vouchers when you want.

Q. Where can I use my Flexi Beds accommodation vouchers?Answer: Your accommodation vouchers can be used at any YHA in New Zealand. If you have the East Cape as part of your package, these vouchers cannot be used here as there are no YHA hostels available.
