Answer:  To guarantee yourself a seat on the bus we recommend you book in as far in advance as possible, particularly if its summer. This is because our seats are subject to availability. If your pass includes a Train service you will need to advise the Magic Office or your Magic Driver at least 72 hours in advance.
Passengers also have access to their MyMagic login - which provides 24 hr online access to confirm or change bookings on Magic services.

Answer:  All our Fixed beds passes automatically include the ferry journey.
If you are traveling on a transport or flexi-beds pass, your driver can assist in making the booking for you.

Answer:  Up to date timetable information will be available on the buses, through your driver, or you can get check the latest timetable on our timetable page.

Answer:  Yes you can hop off the bus anywhere along the Magic route, your next driver can collect you from the hop-off point. You will need to spend at least 1 night for each compulsory overnight stop on your route. Please remember to pre-book your seat when you'd like to resume travel.
